If necessary, we will then change this data within the statutory deadlines. We would like to make you aware that once we have carried out your request, it may be the case that we can no longer offer you some services. It may also be the case that we cannot delete all the data you have requested us to delete, for example because we are legally obliged to retain data for a certain period of time. No direct marketing?

How long do we store your personal data?
We will ensure that appropriate organisational and technical measures are in place to protect personal data. We are not allowed to retain personal data for longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which we collect this data. The retention period can therefore vary per objective and can sometimes be very short. After the applicable retention periods have expired, personal data will be completely anonymised or deleted. We process user data up to a maximum of fifteen years after the last operational contact between us (this period corresponds to three oil changes on the machines with the longest drain intervals); for traffic data this is a maximum of one and a half years.
